Set in the grounds of a 16th century manor house, Standon Calling is an intimate festival based in Standon Lordship, 30 miles north of London. You can see brand new artists play alongside a good selection of wider known musicians at this small scale festival which began as a birthday barbeque in 2001. By 2004 it had become a live music event with a single stage on the same site with a one day line-up. Since then it has attracted artists such as Florence & The Machine and The Maccabees. This year's diverse lineup included featured Volume artists Lucy Rose and A Band of Buriers with London Grammar, King Charles and De La Soul among many more. Photos: Robin Pope
