EVENT : REGGAE ROAST WAREHOUSE DANCE FRIDAY 26TH MARCH | 8PM - 4AM

After a short break Reggae Roast is back on Shacklewell Lane for another legendary Warehouse Dance. November and December 2009 saw the opening of this incredible new venue, with special guests Mungo’s Hifi and Perilous tearing up the place.

This month they are back for another Roots & Culture workout with none other than Neccessary Mayhem & YT (Live). Anyone who came down to our ‘Room 3 takeover’ at Fabric in November will know why Necessary Mayhem is the ‘man of the moment’ in UK Reggae & Dancehall.

Curtis Lynch Jnr, aka Necessary Mayhem has produced tracks the likes of: Beenie Man, Mr. Vegas, Collie Buddz and Elephant Man, securing his status as one of the most talked about producers of our generation. He seems to be unstoppable at the moment, with tracks like ‘August Town’ becoming smash hits in Jamaica and across the world. Expect a selection of the freshest dubplates, hosted by veteran singer YT. Mr YT will also play a few exclusive live PA tracks from illustrious recording career, including ‘Wicked Act” and ‘England Story’.

There have been some major improvements to the venue over the past 2 months, including a brand new sound system, mellow lighting, new comfy furniture and a huge roof terrace for the summer months. Anyone that has been to a Reggae Roast Warehouse Dance will know that its all about feeling serious Reggae vibes in a friendly and positive environment. Strictly over 18s. ID is essential for entry.

This is set to be another massive night, with the biggest Reggae, Dancehall & Dubstep sounds, in a truly unique space in the heart of East London.
